Navitar Hires Regional Sales Manager
ROCHESTER, NY-Navitar, supplier of optics, optomechanical subassemblies and optoelectronic systems, announces the appointment of Patrick Buvé as regional sales manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Buvé will be based in Belgium and will oversee Navitar staff in Germany and the United Kingdom. Buvé joins Navitar with more than 15 years of experience in the machine vision industry.
“Patrick’s extensive knowledge in the areas of machine vision, illumination technology, camera technology and image processing, along with his sales and account management experience, make him an asset to our global sales team,” says Donald Ehinger, Navitar’s vice president of sales. “His ability to understand and solve customer’s specific product needs and his industry knowledge will help Navitar to further develop our optics business throughout Europe.”
