POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — Dorsey Metrology International is ready to increase Dorsey Standard bore and snap gages to satisfy demand following a competitor’s recent exit from the market.

Dorsey’s gages are built to the same exact specifications and precision as the original Standard Gage Products. As Standard Gage once did, Dorsey makes its gauges in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.

Dorsey Standard bore and snap gages are offered with interchangeable repair parts for Standard Gage products.

Dorsey Standard bore gages are offered from sizes 1 to 36 inches and are available with depth extensions to 36 inches, with other lengths available to 144 inches.

Depth extensions are available both in steel or light-weight, thermally-stable carbon fiber.

The Dorsey SSG Snap Gages are available from less-than 1 inch to 24 inch sizes. Larger Long Range SSG-style snap gages are also available. Solid carbide anvils feature a generous lead radius to protect the part being measured.

All Dorsey Standard bore and snap gages are available with high amplification, traditional or digital indicators.
