The director of quality and continuous improvement is a new position at M2M Group. Karen has the responsibility to lead M2M Machining and Clinkenbeard in the maintenance of their quality certifications and obtain new certifications. She will continue to implement continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Karen joined Clinkenbeard in October 2013 as the quality manager and has been integral to the company’s continued growth of systems and certifications. Under Karen’s guidance of implementing higher quality standards and LEAN initiatives Clinkenbeard recently won the distinction of the 2015 Quality Plant of the Year award. In addition, she has been active directing and implementing lean initiatives and safety programs.

Karen is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Management degree at Cardinal Stritch University. She holds an Associate of Science in Business Management degree from Cardinal Stritch University. She also attended Rock Valley College, Northern Illinois University and she holds many quality certifications.
