DETROIT — Trilion will host three free 3D Metrology Workshops in three cities in October and November.

The workshops will provide an opportunity for those interested in increasing design and manufacturing efficiency in the aerospace, automotive, microelectronics, civil structures and biomechanics, among other industries.

Instruction will demonstrate methods for the measurement of 3D shape, 3D deformation and the complete strain field, including vibration and high-speed, with non-contact, full-field optical measurements.

There will be opportunities to discuss applications and solutions, and to test specimens.

The events will also provide advanced software training for users. Breakfast and lunch will be included and there is no cost to attend.
