Clinkenbeard Earns AS9100(C) Certification with Zero Findings Three Years in a Row
ROCKFORD, IL — Clinkenbeard, a Rockford, IL-based manufacturer who specializes in the rapid production of complex metal castings and machined parts, recently completed the necessary requirements to achieve AS9100(c) re-certification to the Quality Management System (QMS) for the aerospace and defense industries.
Karen Spencer, director of quality and continuous Improvement, and Matt Gustafson, general manager, report that a company-wide QMS audit resulted in re-certification and yielded zero findings.
“This is the third year in a row that Clinkenbeard has demonstrated compliance to the AS9100 QMS," Spencer said. "The team at Clinkenbeard is dedicated to following and improving the systems that are in place. Clinkenbeard was award Quality Plant of the Year for 2015. This award is given to one company each year by Quality Magzine”
