BURR RIDGE, IL — Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) achieved the 2018 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA), a national recognition for performance excellence.

IPM is one of five organizations to win the 2018 Award. The MBNQA is granted annually to American organizations in six categories to raise awareness of quality management and excellence in quality systems, based on the systems perspective, core concepts and values of the Baldrige Excellence Framework. IPM will receive this presidential-level honor in the small business category at a ceremony during the 31st annual Quest for Excellence Conference in April 2019.

This prestigious national Award follows affiliate Baldrige Program recognition IPM received in 2017 at the state level with the 2017 ILPEx Gold Award for Achievement of Excellence.

In all, 27 organizations were finalists for the 2018 Award.  IPM was one of only 12 to move forward for an on-site evaluation, culminating in its selection as an Award winner. IPM now joins the vaulted ranks of 123 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award winners granted since the program was established by Congress in 1987 – and is only the fifth consulting firm to earn the distinction.

“Achievement of this recognition is indisputable external validation of the passionate focus we have applied to establishing, growing, and sustaining a company that is driven by our values-based culture, obsession with high quality, and a commitment to creating a customer experience differentiated by professional conduct and performance that is second to none,” says C. Richard Panico, IPM’s founder, president and CEO.
