These awards honor the young manufacturing professionals whose achievements are helping build a more innovative, resilient and globally competitive future for America. Winners will join a nationally recognized cohort of emerging industry leaders. Their nominating organizations will also be recognized for supporting the next generation of talent.

Employers, industry experts and educators can nominate professionals ages 18-35 who demonstrate the following:

•    Meaningful Contribution that advances the industry.

•    Measurable Impact through innovation, problem solving, leadership and more.

•    Inner Drive & Initiative to go above and beyond their role and demonstrate 

•    commitment to their team and craft.

•    Leadership Potential through qualities like professionalism, skill, and an aptitude for authority.

Chosen honorees will receive:

•    Monetary award: $1,000 USD in recognition of outstanding contributions.

•    National recognition by the organizations actively defi ning the trajectory of advanced manufacturing: ACE and METAL.

•    National social media coverage across ACE and METAL channels and makeit.org.
