Goal setting is a powerful process for thinking about your future, motivating yourself, and turning your vision of the future into reality.

 There is no failure, no disappointment, no mistake in our past that can stop us from taking a positive step forward right now.  

 When we are prepared to find weakness, failure, resistance and negativity, we will.  When we are prepared to find strength, success, acceptance, goodness and value, we will. 

There are no limitations to what we can imagine, and there are no restrictions on the kinds of things we can imagine. 

It doesn’t matter how diligently you set goals, visualize results, and think positively, your life is going to occasionally feel as if it's gone a little crazy.  

 Being realistic means to see things as they are without filtering them or trying to make believe that everything is OK when in fact it is not.  

Goals typically are dependent on change of some type, and successful change seldom happens in a vacuum.

The power of preparation is the belief that each moment in your life is your opportunity to prepare yourself for reaching higher and higher levels of fulfillment.
