As we discussed in our November 19, 2013 blog, knowing what your personal values are is important; however, knowing what other peoples' values are can be important also.

Have you ever really looked around and noticed all the incredible ideas that surround you? I did this the other day and found myself absolutely awestruck by the realization that everything in sight was once just a picture in somebody's imagination.
Who do you listen to for personal or professional advice? Who do you allow to guide your growth and development? These people we rely on serve as mentors and models of performance.
Have you ever thought about how, or if, a person’s energy level relates to purpose? Maybe not, but I bet you have occasionally been curious why some people seem to have more energy.
Is there anything good about tough times? Like most people, I have felt shock and dismay at recent events. The news is flooded with stories about abuse, violence, murder, unemployment, financial ruin and a myriad of other adverse subjects.
