Pilgrim Software Names Jin Han Vice President of Services & Support

Tampa, FL-Pilgrim Software Inc., provider of enterprise compliance and quality management (ECQM)software solutions, announces the appointment of Jin Han to Vice President of Services & Support. Han, a seasoned software executive, is responsible for managing Pilgrim’s Professional Services and Client Support Services staff. He brings to this position extensive domestic and international leadership experience in enterprise software and management consulting, sales delivery and operations, information technology, software systems development and deployment among some of the world’s largest high-tech and consumer industries.

As Vice President of Services & Support for Pilgrim, Han will guide the company’s worldwide project management, training, consulting, technical services, solution delivery and technical support operations. He also is responsible for refining, communicating and implementing Pilgrim’s vision, mission, goals and processes within Pilgrim’s Services and Support divisions to ensure the highest level of customer service standards and customer satisfaction within the global compliance and quality software industry.

“This appointment is integral to Pilgrim’s strategic initiative to ensure its continuing leadership in delivering world-class products and services,” said Ami Utji, Pilgrim’s Chief Executive Officer. “Jin Han brings to Pilgrim a wealth of proven experience in effectively driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Under his direction, our support and services staff will continue to solidify relationships with customers worldwide and ensure the ongoing delivery of Pilgrim’s product excellence and comprehensive customer care.”
