Craig Casillas Appointed Vice President of Management Services

PEABODY, MA-TÜV SÜD America Inc. announced that Craig S. Casillas has been promoted to the position of vice president of its Management Services (MS) division in North America. In this role, Casillas will focus on new product development to increase the breadth of quality management services and value offered to clients. He will also continue to oversee all aspects of daily MS operations across the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

Throughout the past 12 years, Casillas has assumed various roles in the MS division as account executive, lead auditor, regional manager, and most recently as MS director. Casillas also holds authorization as a lead auditor for TL 9000, ISO 9001, and OHSAS 18001.

Casillas works from the TÜV SÜD America's San Diego, CA office.
