GageXpress Pro 3.0 is a gaging solution with graphics for immediate operator comprehension and software drivers for linear variable differential transformers (LVDTs), I/O, RS232 serial, attribute and air/electronic converters. Both automatic and manual gaging applications can be configured. Tool compensation is integrated for direct automatic computer numerical control (CNC) offsets. Statistical process control charting and calculations are built in. The software is Q-DAS certified. Additional features include a comprehensive graphic library of proven gaging formulas, gage R&R studies, record log, Boolean logic, full SPC data collection, and system change log.
