TROY, MI - X-R-I Testing, a provider of nondestructive testing (NDT) services to the aerospace, automotive and other industries, appointed Steve Olson as business unit manager of their Cleveland facility. Olson will be responsible for day-to-day operations at the facility and replaces Bob Henchar who moved to X-R-I Technical Consulting Group.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College. He also is a member of the American Foundrymen’s Society. Olson resides in Chardon, OH, with his wife and two children.

X-R-I Testing’s Cleveland facility provides a range of NDT services and is uniquely equipped with three high-energy X-ray systems capable of penetrating up to eleven inches of steel.
