ROCKVILLE, MD — Automated Precision appointed Song Chung as the new senior vice president of global sales and marketing.

Song Chung comes to Automated Precision Inc. from a 20-year career with Perceptron Inc., where most recently he had been senior vice president and chief technology officer. In his 20-year span with Perceptron, Chung had also served as vice president engineering, director of sales, and managing director of Perceptron Asia and Perceptron Korea. Chung has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
