Vision Engineering, a 61 year old British leading designer and manufacturer of high-quality visual measurement and inspection technologies, has attained ISO 17025:2017 accreditation from UKAS and is now a UKAS accredited calibration laboratory No. 7706.

In some way, personal growth is almost always uncomfortable. However, refusing to grow is often, in the long run, much more uncomfortable.

This is not the spring you probably had in mind. Perhaps you were planning on some business travel, visiting family, or taking a vacation.

In a classic Dilbert cartoon, the “client” proudly claims to Dogbert the consultant that “every three months, an existing customer acquires another product.” Dogbert replies, “what if you don’t count warranty replacements?”

Looking back at my quality career since 1984, I remember contributing to a quality manual of a Motorola Division in 1987-88 for ISO 9001 certification. 

Lean approaches are beneficial for the development and maintenance of management systems compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 ISO 45001 standards and 21 CFR 820 FDA regulation.
